Steady Filters used in water and liquids filtration

The hydrocylone filter or tangential flow filter or sand centrifugal remover is often considered a pre-filter in the cleaning of very sandy liquids/waters or waters/liquids saturated by solid particles such as grit or in general by particles heavier than water.

It is usually mounted before the actual filtration installation.
Without special maintenance it filtrates waters coming from:

• rivers
• lakes
• bores

The percentage of solid deposits eliminated may reach up to 90%.

It assures the filtration of little solid particles such as:

• sand
• grit
• solid particles of varius kinds
