FILTERING SYSTEM SELF-CLEANING

The main characteristic of our self-cleaning filters is their predisposition, through proper automatism, to start a periodic self-cleaning cycle also through the use of a proper electronic Control Unit self-fed by long lasting batteries.

The cleaning duration can be determined according to:

• Filtered flow volume
• Pressure fall
• Set time

The self-cleaning pattern always keeps the filtering system in perfect efficiency. In the filtering discs models self-cleaning takes place with the same liquid destined to filtration and without interrupting filtration itself (cycle keeping). (see discs filtration). In the quartzite models back-washing takes place by flow inversion (see Arena and Dual Filters).
The self-cleaning advantage is the absence of maintenance (you must not open the filters), with evident economical advantages for the whole system as it is not indispensable to guard it.
