The filter self-cleaning cycles from residuals cumulated inside are carried out automatically with the same impure liquid destined to filtration  >> (see)

5- The hydro-valve, closed during ordinary filtration, opens and waste is expelled. The combination rotation/backwashing of filtering discs and the self-cleaning cycles keep the system always efficient.
During self-cleaning cycles filtration continues.
