Operation during Filtration

The example refers to an automatic model but the operation principle is the same also for the manual model.

1 - the water to be filtered forcedly enters in the upper part (maximum working pressure 8 bar) and falls on the grit layer inside the two chambers.

2 - by gravity force the water goes through the grit layer. Particles are trapped as the liquid goes down and increase the efficiency in the next layers.

3 - the filtered water is channelled inside the filtering arms and conveyed in a pipe.

4 - the water goes out perfectly filtered and ready to be used.

The filtration efficiency depend on water speed through grit layers. The slower the flow, the better the filtration.
