Filtro a flusso tangenziale in batteria

Junior filters in batteries represent a very efficient filtration system with constant filtrated flow rate.
Junior filter represents a filtration system which we call “tangential flow” because the decentralized double chamber manufacture system forces the inlet water flow in this direction.
The water is then shot in the chamber containing the filtering discs block through little holes, channeled inside the filters, then to the outlet, cleaned up from residuals.
They are available in stainless steel AISI 304 (upon request they can be painted) (see part number ▼).
During self-cleaning is activated an automatic valve controlled by a control box which is self-fed and programmable in terms of intervention time. The outlet liquid drags outside the residuals cumulated at the bottom.
The self-cleaning cycle is activated in serial way. While one filter is undergoing self-cleaning, the others continue filtration assuring a constant flow rate of the filtered liquid.

Filters battery dimensions, total flow rates and filtering surface are proportional to the models used to compose them.

It assures filtration of little particles such as:

  • Algaes
  • Micro organisms
  • Organic material

Upon request they can be also supplied with filtering discs from 5 up to 500 µ.
