Our technical department check the quality of the components manufactured inside our Company and manufactured by outside suppliers by means of the following procedures.

• Internal manufacture control
• Control and classification of incoming material (sub-supplies) 
• Verification of the welding processes (certifications conformity)
• Work in progress control and scheduled program respect
• Mounting phases control
• Control documentation issuing
• Final conformity attestation and test certification 
  

However, it is on the working processes involving welding, strategic for our manufacturing, that our controls and certifications procedures are mostly focused on.

The welding process is ruled by National and International laws which determinate quality requirements including the welding processes qualification and the welders title.

Our workers and handwork are qualified and certified by appropriate agencies and regularly controlled according to the following parameters:

• Welder’s quality certificate (EN 287-1)
• Approval welding procedure certificate (UNI EN ISO 15614-1)
• Non-destructive radiographic control certificate (EN 1435)

By the means of these certificates we are certain to supply efficient filters of great manufacture quality which fully satisfy the required safety requirements.
